Yeah that's no problem.they are polarized.I think that's the term.white with red stripe is positive white is ground.off 9v they are bright.off of 12 they are stupid bright.

here are all 20 it was still kinda bright in the garage as it was still daytime.

and here is just a strand of 3 cut off and taped up to show .
space em out a little and that is good to go!

Yup I had all 20 in my 15x20 office and it was like the florescent lights were on.. these things are bright.

You can buy super strong ones on ebay, but they aren't cheap.

I'm going to stick mine on, and see how long they stay.

Those looked like a good deal so I bought a set too. The tape looks like the 3M VHB tape which is really good stuff and used for adhering automotive emblems on vehicles so I'd have to assume it's good enough as long as the surface is clean.

These don't draw much at all. I'd throw a 5a in there, see if it blows, then step up if needed...
