Just talked to Stephen and found out that Quest messed up their phone transfer /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif from the old shop to the new one. If you have a hard time getting through this is the reason. They do have phone service just on a reduced number of lines.

Please be patient and hopefully Quest gets all taken care of soon. /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

**They are at full operational status on the phones.**

Hey if they can't get their service right why should I spell their name right.
I think that everything is taken care of now.

The lines are still screwed up periodically as of this time. Also, they have something to do with our server so we have no website or email. I'm the pres. of their fan club right now.
This is actually a good representation for my attitude for them: /forums/images/graemlins/angryfire.gif

Continuing patience is all I can ask for.

It might be sorted out now. All of our lines are actually ringing here now, we had one forwarded to the local office of Yenter construction.
I think our website is back to 100% also.

I'm still expecting spontaneous problems. If we were in a 3rd world country, this would be expected. Here I just kind of assume that as long as we pay the bill they would take care of the lines. Ha.

Sad that good customer service can't just be expected, it sometimes needs to be requested.
