So very handy, these trucks :haha:

By way of explanation, my yard gate had a man-gate along with a vehicle one, and it was hard to get the dually in through the vehicle gate ... so I took out the post between them, to use the entire width. I'm also replacing the (warped and poorly made) wooden frame with steel.

Nice! You need to send those in to Extreme Makeover! :D It'd be a good way to get more CK5 exposure!

Scuff up the chrome on your bumper the next time you paint it.

I did ... obviously not enough. The problem, methinks, is the cheap spray-on bedliner I used.

Anyway, the bumper is going shortly, gonna weld me up a nice square tube one.

Yea a nice tube push-bar would look a lot better, set your winch up higher giving more gound clearance, GOOD DEAL!

Hey, if you ever get a chance, Id like to see a NIGHT shot of all those lights going. :D

i've said it before... "K5 Blazer - the swiss army knife of trucks" :k5:

on-road, off-road, hauling, towing, cruising, mudding, rock crawling, always having the right of way...and now, it's a demolition machine.

i knocked down a tree in my friends front yard he didnt think i could do it but 4lo and granny gear helped alot !!LOL

Well, I tried with the Doubler in 4:1 (lo-lo) and hit the concrete ... didn't do so much.

Tried in 2:1, did a bit better ... I ended up just taking a running start (like five feet, lol) and using momentum to whack it. :D

Ask and thy shall receive... I finally remember when it was dark out.

Left the flash on for the first one, not very useful:

Then with the flash off:

The pattern from the lightbar on the shed (which the truck is parked right in front of)

The pattern from the headlights, same:

And both

It's about as bright as seven headlights, by the looks, and with a bit more adjustment outward should give a decent spread.
