if i got some furd SD mounts, could i use some brand new rear shocks i have laying around, they came with my 4 inch TC lift and shackle flip for the rear, not sure on the length though, but there much longer than the fronts /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif

I don't see why not . I don't have the towers yet , but I already put the shocks up front anyway . I have rubbed the inner fenders ( ON VIDEO ) way before bottoming them out on the stock mounts . I can imagine with the towers it will be great /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

i put rear 4" shock on the front of my K5. my truck has a 3" lift up front and i used the upper mounts(had quad shock setup) works perfect. i suspect it will work great with the Ford towers.
