Valve cover emblem question

was gonna customize my valve covers with emblems. i was wondering is there a glue thats good for holding metal to metal or metal to plastic that will stick good for a very long time with vibration and heat and water contact?

JB weld didn't stick to my cast iron heads (put on before they ever had oil on them) so I wouldn't have high expectations.

RTV ? if not I'd try epoxy
