Vortec 454 Info needed

Any body got any good websites for a 96 or 97 454 vortec motor. Or any info anybody has gathered would be greatly appreciated. I've been on mortec and some others but seems everybody playing with vortecs are 350 guys. Done a bunch of searchs and can't seem to find any thing of real value. I'd like to buy a good manual or book about it but can't find that either.
