vortech exhaust manifolds, non vortech heads

I have a set of headers currently on my truck but one of them has a crack where they meet in the middle. I have a set of factory manifolds that are just laying around are in better shape than the factorys that came on my truck that I would really rather not put back on. In a pinch and can't buy new ones, so which is it.

same bolt pattern as older. but if you run the seventh hole on your heads thay might not work.

some odd ball emissions stuff had a streched hole pattern on the manifolds. but most arnt in trucks. unless someone swaped in a used motor setup.
