VTBLAZER's Driver Build

A day off never seems to equate to a day of not working.

This white elephant is about to be one piece finally. :woot:

You're making that look way to easy. That's a lot of work.

Thanks,

...but better yet is being able to show ya the last piece that's needed for this 5+ year puzzle. :D

Whew...thought this day would never get here.

Tub is finally 100% complete, got the passengers side rocker finished up over the weekend.

Had a pretty heavy frost yesterday, but no snow yet.

We may get snow Friday, just in time for the bow season opener on Saturday.:D

Progress is looking awesome on the Blazer!

Gotta be the worst place to apply POR.

All the remaining surface rust I could find is covered up, under dash area, wiper cowl area, inside the vents and did a splouge around the tranny cover.

What a difference an afternoon can make! :woot:

Pretty satisfied with the way the detail's came out where the seams are, aside from the pass. lower hinge area I left rough, you'd never know it was ever apart.

You missed a spot - it's in my garage on jack stands currently ;)

Looks awesome.

So....I saw the pic of the orange tub departing...minus the front clip. Can we assume the 69 front clip is going on this one?

Correct, all I sold was the tub, he's bringing back the chassis after he off-loads & pulls the tub off it at his shop.

Using this black frame cause it's a perfectly good one & it's already bolted down but everything else from the other build gets transfered over to this blazer.

I want to start a build thread combining the two,...guess I need a new theme now.
