Check out this 12 volt compressor that's on sale at Parts America (Advance, Checker, Schucks, Kragen). It puts out 72 Liters Per Minute and pumps up big tires WAY quicker than those cheap $15 junkers that plug into the cigarette lighter and that can only pump up a 35 in about an hour. :woot:

Here's an online review that sold me on it. In this test it outperformed a $250 Quick Air compressor. I was gonna buy one of these for $50, then a buddy told me about the $25 sale price. I jumped on it and thought I'd share! :deal:

This thing ROCKS!!! Pretty impressive, especially for just $25! It isn't nearly as noisy as my old POS that a) plugs into the cig lighter and b) takes 20 minutes to air up a 30-inch tire. It also has WAY less vibration while it's running. It stays in one place while running, unlike my cheapy that dances around until it reaches the end of either the power cord or the air line. It seems to be a pretty solid unit. 8)

Note that Pep Boys carries the same compressor as the Master Flow MF-1050, but they don't have it on sale. It'll set ya back $50 there. :(

They're available in some stores. I just bought one at a local Checker store about an hour ago. :cool1:

So how does it "wire up" to my rig? A couple claw/clamps on my battery posts? Cig lighter? Or do I have to bust out the soldering iron?

I was wondering if those were any good . They have those at the Checkers by my home . I was thinking of hardmounting it in the Tan Blazer where the jack is supposed to go :D

Read this thread, went out and grabbed 3 of them. 2 for my rig and 1 for a buddy. For this cheap, I am going to run 2 at a time and have a back up if 1 takes a crap. Thanks for finding and posting the deal.

Yep I had to go to a couple to get mine the one that the website said had them did not when I got there so I got my money refunded went to another store and got there last one for the same internet price. After my military discount I was out the door for $24.38 :thumb: . Internet don't give a discount.

It just seemed like too good of a deal. I had to share it! :xmas:

I was very impressed with mine when I aired up a 35 inch BGF Mud with it this afternoon. I hope they prove to be durable! :cool1:

I'm not sure if it would like underhood temps, mud, water, etc. Check the direction sheet in the package. There's an email address for their customer service folks. They should be able to tell you where it's safe to mount. :cool1:

Yeah, it says that Max operating temp is 140*, and here in the AZ, you don't have to turn your motor on to hit that in the engine compartment.

Went and got one today. Had to go to a Kragen on the edge of the slum to find it. I'm impressed with it's build, time will tell on it's life span.
