Waterproofing?

well there has been alot of flooding here resently and well i wanna water proof the K5 a little better, cause my street has about a foot of water and i am in a higher area than most the town. So what the best way to water proof the engine, axels breathers and trans, and transfercase breathers. For the Engine I know RTV on the Dizzy cap Does alot. Is there anything else i am missing?
