Ways of running wires to doors?

I've added power mirrors and speakers to both front doors that previously had neither. I was wondering what the best method of running the wires from the door to the tub might be. I was worrying about the wires getting pinched or rubbed raw causing a short.

Got any ideas???

I'd hit a pick-n-pull and grab a few different style gromets and sleeve's from a few different cars/trucks.
Use whatever works.

Course there are these,but there's no power to the door when it's open.

Solved the problem

I couldn't locate anything stock...so I picked up some street rod part that is braided line that sildes in to the door when the door is closed. The wires are inside the sleeve.
