We are glad to be back on the Colorado K5 Forum!

We had some problems in the past with previous sales employees not following up, and we are back on track with our sales staff.

well, considering you guys screwed me out of a bunch of parts, with horrible freakin service in the past, you'll never see a dime from me again..... :mad: I'm also glad to bash you at any opportunity... how your still in biz is beyond me.....

and trust me, I'm not alone in this, your rep SUCKS.... but I had to learn that the hard way....

As we said, there was a time when I stepped away from the phone and some customer service situations got out of hand without me knowing, or if I did it may have been too late. Unfortunatly there was indeed a few members here who didn't get the serivce they deserved. This is the exact reason I'm readily availble on the phone if needed.

If you've never talked to me before, maybe just call or PM me. I don't care if it was a year, 2, 3 years whatever - I'd rather hear what happened. Maybe I can make it right. I can at least try. If you were actually 'screwed' and did not get somthing you paid for or somthing to that effect, defanitly call !

maybe this time it wont take 3 or 4 months to get my stuff... I wont even bother bitching about all the missing hardware and boot from the cable shifter, but I would like the stud kit for my high steer that i never got....

I did business with them a couple times when they first came onto the site a long time ago and had nothing but good service. Every company has it down faults from time to time and I have learned to expect that. Doesn't make it right, but it does happen from time to time.

I'm glad after all this time that they are making things right with you. Hopefully things are on the better track for them now.
 
I would never spend any more money with them. I called them one day to buy a part and the person on the phone said they won't sell me what I wanted (doubler intermediate shaft) so I found it elsewhere. I find it hard to believe that a company has a part but isn't willing to sell it and tells the customer to go elsewhere for it. :flipoff1:

They're listed on our 203/205 page for $299ea. I dont sell a lot of them seperate, maybe a few a year but we do sell them. They've been listed there for a few years now.

We had a lengthy backorder on them earlier this year, the only thing I can say is we may have suggested to look elsewhere if we had no idea when we could fill the order. I try to avoid taking an order in that situation.

At least you were able to find what you needed.

Weird - :dunno: - ! Sorry to hear I missed the sale !

It must have been a while back, we have been having our 203/205 shafts custom made for us for over a year.
 
Nothin but good service here from Kyle. Love the parts too.

You did have a couple of jack asses working there that didn't care about your buisness at all. Guy with the glasses that said he was a partsman was the worst. He probaably lost you a lot of buisness.

By the way it's red truck James from sooke. The old rig is fuked now. I'm rebuilding the reddermobile so I'm sure I'll talk to you soon.

Ordered an adapter from them for my 4l80e factory 205 combo they had an original one in stock sold it to me for a fair price and shipping was fast for coming so far. Happy with the service i received
 
Customer service is KEY! As I am needing some parts you sell, and have considered making the purchase through you I'd like to ask the question what is really being done to remedy issues in the past...and a suggestion, set up your website so we can order directly from there, it's a whole lot quicker!

We don't have the same people working in the office that we did in the past. In my opinion customer service is way better then it was in the past, and we have a guy dedicated to shipping and answering forum questions.

We are working on a new website and when it is up and running we will then start working on online orders.

Fwiw, I bought an NWF crossover kit a while back and the quality is outstanding. The raised steering arm was perfect for the needed clearance for the drag link and my lifted 52" springs.

Also, remember that when your shipping from Canada to the US customs will slow down the shipment. My initial order took approx 3 weeks to arrive BUT the tracking number provided showed the package sitting in customs for DAYS.

I am very satisfied with my NWF experience and will buy from them again.
