We are now building and shipping front coilover conversion kits!

Snap some pictures for me, send them to my email and we'll get something figured out for you.

I will do that. My wallet needs some recovery after buying a trans for my dodge, but I can at least figure out if it'll even all fit. The towers and the crossbrace between them are the only parts I see being an issue.

The website says that the upper shock brackets and engine crossbrace need to be fabbed up. Does that mean from scratch or just cut to fit?

The engine cage/shock hoop system will be very universal since the underhood area on these trucks varies a lot. We started on a bolt on engine cage and it became obvious it was not going to fit much at all beyond the "jig" vehicle.

OK, that makes sense and does make it a lot easier for you guys when building a kit.

We have pieces setup for an engine crossmember but like Stephen said there really isn't a way to produce one piece and make it fit for everyone. So that piece is sort of on a case by case basis, it's pretty easy to make it fit on a typical small block but a turbo diesel is a different beast. Far from impossible but probably a little more than a straight piece of tube.

Website page looks good. A few years ago I would've jumped right on this. It's a great price considering the R&D you guys have in it. Also someone with little fab skills, myself included, this thing could be installed in a heck of a lot quicker time then starting from scratch.

and now, as we speak I'm taking the kids to Disney world and. Vacation for 2 weeks to see family, dropping $3k on the truck isn't at the top of the list anymore.....but soon.

are the axle brackets weld on or bolt on? Trying to see how it works.

They weld to the axle, there is no real way to combat the forces of a traction bar or links without welding to the axle.

We know that people would prefer bolt on and this is as close as it gets while still making it strong and reliable.

For what it's worth, I would only buy a weld on kit. I just don't want the trial and error on the link lengths or more so the spring/valving combo on the coil-over's. With this you have that all dialed in already. King was also the right choise, I won't buy SAW anymore, parts have not lasted the test of time with me.

Your kit is just incredible...I will be getting one, hopefully next year!

Well I think since I was able to fit a duramax intercooler in the truck, being able to fit these couple pieces should be pretty easy for me. Hopefully :haha:.
I will be buying this, just need my finances to recover some from this years expenses first :eek1:.

Cool. I wasn't wanting bolt on. Just had a hard time seeing on the pictures.

Those pictures are very helpful. The one big concern I have is what are the road manners like at highway speeds? The truck I would put this on is staying street legal and highway driving (at 65-75 mph) for decent length trips (about 60 miles one way) aren't out of the question with its use. Would just the coilover be enough or would a separate shock be needed? And would it be easy enough to fit in? My truck is very nose heavy being a diesel and all the extra stuff under the hood. The truck weights just under 6000lbs and at best guess at least 60% front weight, probably a little more even.
