We had a db crash

Okay, looks like we had our first official database crash early this morning, it slipped off the trail and rolled three times into a tree, small fire ensued. After the tables were rebuilt we had a problem with the table not locating the post's etc.. So that is why we had crazy threads with wrong or missing post's in them. After having no luck rebuilding the index I thought it would be better to simply have the whole db restored from our last backup.

The backup is from Feb 16th 2011 1 AM, so anything from that time until now Feb 17 2011 3:50 MST will be lost. So if your wondering where today's post went, sorry it did not make it. Sorry for all the trouble, I think we should be good to go now. *rolls chicken bones*

hehe, priceless... eh chit happens... first time I've seen it down in ages.... even my 5 am maintenence "downs" haven't been seen in ages.. that's what i thought it was this morn..

Weird Deja-vu: CK5 after a database crash. I open a thread I responded to multiple times looking to see if the problem is solved now or whatever...only to not only not be able to find my replies, but sometimes the entire thread I was following. i am remembering an alternate reality that no longer exists. That is my definition of "weird deja vu"
