You should be able to get a sawzall at any hardware store worth a damn.

Yup.... Home Depot has em, Sears, Home-Do-It, Lowe's does too.... Ace Hard Wear.... you have your pick. If you mean rent, home Depot rents them. But for $100 you can get a nice Dewalt one and it's just yours. It's worth just to keep to use for the truck and around the house for various jobs....

ok cool..is there any other major stuff ill need for this job besides the sawzall and a welder..and i should get a MIG right...

my craftsman sawzall was $60 on sale at Sears. I cut through my ff14b with it when I shaved it... so I guess its up to the job...

Sears, Home Depot, Lowes and stores like thats should all have sawzalls. Crafstman makes a nice one.

Do you have access to compressed air? I got a Mac air saw today, it's about 7" long without the blade, lightweight and goes through floors like nothing! Its way less bulky than a sawzall, and much easier to use. I like it a lot. Unlike a Sawzall, it was designed for auto body use.

how much did it run you and wear? i dont have compressed air..but my friend has a compressor i can use..does it require a very big one?
