Weigh ALL the crew cabs!

I actually don't feel like it is. I guess maybe because I'm coming from a worn out TBI350, but every time I drive the truck is surprises me how much more responsive it is now.

Dang! My Dodge Mega Cab diesel 4wd is around 6500-7000, seems crazy the older Chevy would be that much heavier.

6,800 pounds with full tanks at a scrap metal recycle yard scale. 7,000 pounds with me in it. :doah:

That is one damn fine looking vehicle right there. Even with the wheel flares

Those fender flares where on the truck when I bought it some 15-years ago. If those flares where not on the truck when I bought It, then it probably would have never entered my mind to ever buy a set.

Most of the weight tickets from newer 1 ton crew cab 4x4 trucks puts them over 8k that I've seen.

With the old flatbed scale read 6700 lbs

With the new service bed haven't weighed it yet. Brought the ass end of the truck down about 3" which leveled it out so guessing it gained roughly 2k pounds. Not touching the upper overload spring packs yet on the new 64"s.

Heck,even my single cab '82 K2500 weighs 6250 lbs. empty !..

I'd guess a crew cab weighs at least another ton more, especially a dually..

My cclb 06 dodge weighs 10500. Cummins 6 speed 4x4 3" longarm on 37s front bumper toolbox and headache rack.
It gets heavy fast.

I didn't even care to look at the 91 but I remember close to 7000 ish.

Sheet, I guess I need to actually weigh my Dodge.
