6" bds front springs on the Dana 60.

Rear consist of 4" bds springs, 4" ORD shackle flip, and a 1" block to move the axle back 1.5".

I don't do body lifts.

42"sx17's IROKs

Thanks - dp

All I can say is wow. It tipped the scales at 6500 lbs with less than half a tank of fuel. I would have put it at no more than 6000.

Here's a pic minus the tailgate and different bumpers too. I am having a truck gate painted - so nothing back there at the moment.

My 2500HD tow rig only weighed in at 6200 lbs.

A few weeks ago, I took a load of stuff to the local dump. On the way out my 3/4 ton stock truck ( 10f, 14bff, 350 TH400) tipped the scale at 5,300.00 lbs.

I believe mine was 4200lbs last time I was out the the dump ground and went on the scale with just me in it and some light junk in the box. I took the fiberglass topper off yesterday, so probably more like 4100 or 4000lbs now. Basically same specs as yours except for the engine and it's a heavy half, not a three quarter ton.

DPI,
6500lbs. seems very overloaded to me!

That what I think too. But it sounds as mine is in the ballpark as others on here. I can remember installing the Dana 60. I could basically throw the stock 10 bolt around the garage but when it was time to yank the 60 out of the donor vehicle, I had to use the cherry picker or car dollies to do anything with it. The the heavy wheels and tires add a bunch. Then you start adding all the upgrades, and I can now see why it seems a little on the porky side...

Ya, I never would have guessed the tires and dana 60 would have that much of a weight penalty.
