Wow that's a good price for a bender /forums/images/graemlins/eek.gif Alot cheaper than the model 4 I want /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif /forums/images/graemlins/doah.gif But I guess in 20 years I will have it /forums/images/graemlins/histerical.gif

Dont let the price fool you. I just bought that bender and 4 dies and am out $1100. Dies are anywhere from $100-$250 for normal tube ones with about $170 being average. I bought them in half inch increments 1/2", 1", 1 1/2" and 2". Cant wait for it to get here! /forums/images/graemlins/woot.gif

While we're on the subject of benders - has anyone used the one that harbor freight sells for about $100?

don't bother even looking at it. They are junk. Made for pipe and pipe alone. My dad has one he uses for cages and it kinks the tubing and does nasty things. Can't tell him anything though. He has learned to make it work semi almost decent, but no where near a real bender. And yes bender with a couple dies you are out a chunk, as well I will get the degree wheel and hydraulic setup.
