Well I did the deed! My Blazer is topless!

I have a few on my home comp (with measurements, iirc), I can post them in a couple of hours.

There have been a few requests of this in the past. Could you post the pics here for future reference. Do as described in the following post so everyone can see it. :waytogo:

If you upload the pics to the media gallery and then click the camera icon while making a post you can drag and drop into a post, everyone can view the pics.

I'm not convinced that I have taken enough material off the top of the doors. They are tight where they seal against the top at the windshield area.

Better than taking too much. Both the doors on my 75 are cut down truck doors and they had about 1/8 to 1/4 too much taken off

Yes I’m aware. What I meant was that they are not the original blazer doors, and are uneven, badly. Thanks for your clarification on the matter

My album: https://ck5.com/forums/media/albums/full-top-conversion-pics.1351/

I created an album with the pics I mentioned. I'll be moving a few pics from my build thread that show the A and B pillar cuts. This album is viewable to everyone, only pics that are loaded onto an individual post as an attachment require a paid membership to view.

Thanks!

How does the rubber piece at the top of the door interface with top? Mine seems too tight

I'm also seeing some variation in the doors. Some are cut straight across all the way to the back and some retain a smidgen of the upturn
