alright guys after much hard work and long hours the trruck is finally done. only one problem i dont remember how to put up pictures haha any help fellows?
 
looks good so far, those shocks you were asking about are called "kicker" shocks, they are intended to eliminate axle wrap. Very popular in the 80s lol

1.custom filler panel for horn/wiper...perhapes one day a winch control
2. police switch pane for all lights/ tach. radio
3. this is condoit i ran for all my bb, speacker etc wires so that they are protected
4. these are truck speakers i picked up for $5 at a yard sale

ok here are more

1.cb and panel with wally world triple plug a ll in place of ash tray

2. my filler panel for the dash since i ditched the ac and all my vents were broken anyhow

3. front bumper filler panel..may be a lil bling but looks better than a big gap. also have KC daylighers on it

roll bar(not structural) with cb ant. and cargo and dick cepek forward 4x6 lights

I gotta be honest, I'm not feeling those rims and tires. The rest of the truck looks awesome though.
 
yeh they are cheap and help road gears alot. they are 41" tall on 20" wheels and have surprising traction. when i get another $1500 ill prolly buy pitbull rockers but right now they are road tires
 
its a shame that you grooved the outer lugs of the swampers like that. they are gonna chunk really bad. I know from experience.

that rollbar may not be "structural" but every bit helps. :D again I know fron experience.
 
maybe, maybe not. I ran a #4 head about 6/32nds deep through all the outer lugs of one of my 44's. grooving takes time and I got tired after one tire. :rolleyes: after one trail ride they were half gone. the inner lugs have a much more stable base. the outers are held on by a lot less.
 
yeh not sure of the # but its a 1/4" head ans they arent through the outer edge for that reason they taper down and are the whole way through the inside. those tires are only suited for trail use anyways. they are cupped and that grooving is with the wear bars taken down
