Welp, the 2019 Chevy Blazer dropped today...

Didn’t mean to step on any toes. Don’t care what race, color or orientation you, I try to treat all the same. Just a figure of speech I grew with when everyone wasn’t so easily offended. Hopefully no hard feelings. I was trying to say that the General blew it ... ah crap! I think I did it again. :doah: I’ll just crawl under the nearest rock.
And I highly doubt you’ll lose any friends on here, that’s not like us.

Lol, there's no worries about offense or anything. I really don't care and I wasn't trying to stir a pot or anything. Just figured it would be a funny anecdote in response to that emoticon.

Hope you have thick skin, this is meant to be teasing so don't be offended, well if you are........
How can you be LGBT, so you are a Lesbian, who is Gay, and is also Bisexual, and a Tranvestite ? So you are a guy who dresses like a girl who like men yet also like girls unless your are dressed like a man then you like men, but then you also like girls also.. but then you like wheeling in Colorado which explains everything.

Sounds like a party to me. :haha:

That said.....

Where you getting this information?
I have seen nothing about them killing the camaro.

Linky?

Will provide good and accurate link to impending cancellation of camaro asap; i'm having a lot of health issues all at once for some reason.

In the meantime, please think about this;

When and HOW did it get to the point where the women in the family make the decision(s) on which vehicle to buy?

You got what you got because you/we let it get that way.

(Now, that being said, i fully admit that if i did not need 5000+lbs towing capacity i would be looking at a traverse or blazer, if SHE wanted one. Some women don't care though)

I know your not directly talking to me.....

Outside of your extremely sexist post. I decide what my wife drives. Not her.

When my wife needed a car I asked what she wanted and I asked why she wanted it.
Then I told her what I will get because I am the one that will be taking care of it so I didn't want a piece of crap .

When I met my wife she drove a 2 door Altima.
Then I picked what she liked.
Next it was a 6 speed SS/RS Camaro. Then she got so many tickets she had to go to driving school twice to keep her license. 2 of them for less than 5mph over which is completely unheard of here. Even got pulled over once because “she looked like she was about to speed”.
Now she drives a Yukon. No more tickets.

Well it seems like a super nice vehicle and on par with every other mid-size crossover. It's just too bad gm doesn't seem to show any interest in the truck enthusiasts market. Still not a blazer. I'm sure every soccer mom around me will have one soon @$44k+:yikes:

Interesting story.
Since I was out looking for a truck to replace my getting tired tundra. I got a little insight on the car lots. 2018 Silverados were really hard to get a good deal on. All of a sudden there was a very high demand for them. Because everyone wanted to get one before they were gone. No one wants a 2019 due to the hideous grill and the smaller Colorado like body lines. I ended up taking advantage of one of these guys trading in his 2011 to get a 2018.
The "blazers" flew off the lots the same day they came in. I don't get that

Starts at $29,000 for a 4 cylinder front wheel drive.
But price goes up quickly north of $45,000 for the v6 and All wheel drive.
Car and Driver reviewed one that was $50,000+.
They liked it but described it as a poor value compared to the competition.

$50k for a plastic; taken down the tacky aisle with the crap magnet left On, vehicle.
In-sane.
The recalls will be really fun.
And you just know there will be recalls.
All that electro-crap.
Meanwhile my 6.2 in my REAL K5 BLAZER requires a little juice for the glow plugs and starter and less than 4 amps to the fuel solenoid to keep running.
No computer at all.

That thing is not a Blazer.
In a decade, they will be relegated to the scrap heap of historically insignificant plastic shit boxes.
Fine.
Take the name of a legend and plaster it on a turd.
Doesn't make it a legend.
I hope they put that stupid threaded hole through the styrofoam bumper so i have a way to rescue one of these things from the wet grass in front of the lodge without tearing it's entire suspension off with my K5.
I will be damn sure to get pictures too.

These are K5 Blazers.
Always will be.
