Tuesday morning this is the same place, with some new snow.No deer today ,but I did see a black bear...

Dang, that looks too cold for me. I guess there are some advantages to hunting in AZ, even if there are almost no deer. :(

looks like fun. in fort worth, we only got one day with enough snow to go "offsnowding". but, you certainly won't find me complaining about our 85 degree november days. great weather for working on trucks.

Wow, that looks familiar! I went to school in LaGrande, spent a lot of time up in those mountains. I miss that area every hunting season.

No ,didn't shoot the bear( I think you're supposed to have a tag or something... )...Warmed up today,55*...

We had 2 inches in the "normal" elevations about 3 weeks ago, Twin Mountain. Then the week after it was "beautiful" and "sunny" and it was all gone. But Mt. Washington has something like 17', had a 39" snow storm in october - most snow ever in that month!
Got the 8" carbides on the 00' ZR600EFI that week, replaced a missing nut too. Just need to re-seat a couple picks and I'll be ready and rearing to go!!!
If I ever move, straight to Alaska I go! The only time I ever like warm weather is for working on my truck, but I did some serious brake work on my truck during a 20 below snap while sick, didn't suck so bad. Except that I had to torch a lug nut off....
