What aftermarket seat brackets are the most DIRECT bolt in??

I dont want to do ANY fabricating, I dont mind drilling a hole or two. But what/who sells the most complete ready to bolt in Seats and Seat components and which company would be the best on pricing/shipping.

The only requirements are that the seat must RECLINE and SLIDE.

I have the corbeau brackets and sliders with their baja ss seats. Can be had in direct bolt in or in drilling required (2 holes per side). This was in my truck that only had the bench seat holes.
