This isn't even pbb-lite. Seriously, have a beer and chill...we're bustin your balls just a little bit. Kinda like you shit all over Campy's truck description. Just a little ball busting right?

For sale

1983 Chevy K10 truck, has a bit of rust, lots of miles, well taken care of, has step side bed that's not original to truck.
$10,000.

All the guys on CK5.com say it's the best truck, ever. They'd never steer you wrong, after all, it's on the internet. Some new guy said it was only worth $2,500 but he was shouted down and told he was a crybaby - because he was. Get it today, out of country checks welcome.

Like I said earlier, different regions have vastly different prices. Buddy that moved to WA sends me car ads from up there square bodies and other stuff and WA has some seriously cheap cars.

"it only has a rust hole or two?" you mean, that you see. I live in Washington and won't buy a square that has any rust. I also won't pay more then about $2500 for them. That said, my last square, a fully loaded 83 diesel sold for $7500. Keep in mind, it was a needs-nothing-fully-loaded-the-ac-worked 3/4 ton Banks Turbo 4x4.

$2500 to anyone but me, I wouldn't touch it - I'd especially not show running it in the sand

This is a snarky response.
Your questioning the fact that he even knows his trucks condition.

damn, someone asks an opinion I provide a polite response and get called an idiot. GLWS.

I answered from the perspective of someone reading it on craigslist or whatever... but since I'm clearly an idiot - you all can go do whatever you all want to do.

Next time you want an opinion - I'll be certain not to answer.

I never called you an idiot. I can now if that would make you feel better?

Dude, calm yourself. Are you hormonal today? :flipoff7:

Nice truck btw.

I took those two out of chronological order, butt it looks like the only one butt hurt is you...

Super Buick guy- I fired the shot I did because I have noticed you have been rather abrasive in other posts. Maybe you don't mean it to come off like that, but it does.

Nope, it fits the description perfectly! :rotfl:

Honestly Ethan, that truck around here would be $3,500-$4,500. It would be put on C-list for $5,000 obo.

Yes, you missed something. We're a tightknit Brotherhood that supports each other. We also have a low tolerance for "snarky", as someone else put it. You may not see it, but that is indeed how you're coming across. The OP has a poll you can vote on without having to add "abrasive" comments- perhaps you should have voted instead of commenting if you didn't have anything nice to say.

So, you can choose to take a deep breath, have a beer, and join in on all the fun CK5 has to offer, or you can continue getting negative attention. FWIW, it's been a LONG time since I've felt the need to wade into a thread and offer advice of this nature. It's up to you whether you take my advice or carry on down the road you're on.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to PM me anytime.

as I said before, I was done then, more so now. what's ironic is the OP seems to find the posts to be fine, and this went from "snarky" to "snarky on another thread but I'm going to call you about it here"

hard to figure out what someone is talking about when it's either "on another thread" or a response to someone else's post and asking a question.

but to be clear - you lost me the moment you said "brotherhood" to me that's insular group that doesn't want more people to be part of it. thanks for the laughs, I'll say it again. I'm done.

I didn't make a fuss about it, but I also find them snarky. It takes some nerve to tell me how much rust I'm able to see on my own truck. I promise you, I've seen this truck much more closely than you have, and my eyes are capable of seeing rust. I appreciate your input, but I don't see what you have to gain from defending the attitude.

That's a pity. I've been enjoying your thread. Your Turbo-diesel camping suburban build is very similar to what I'm doing next.
