What are these rims?

Anyone have any idea what rims these are? I have been searching for identical ones to use as two spares and I cannot find anything that matches... just a few that come close.

They are on my 1988 K5 with 35x12.5x16.5 BFG's currently.

They look like old chrome modular style. Looks like they have been sprayed black, and had the little plastic rivets removed. They had a chrome outer hoop with the face chrome, black or gold anodized.

Looks like US wheel makes them. Here they are on summit depending on your backspacing and width.
