What did I do wrong? Round 2

Yeah just figured that out. I've called driveline superstore, ord, a local drive line shop and Tom woods. So far it seems like I'll need a cv joint unless I run a ridiculous pinion angle. I don't think a sye is worth it. I'd rather get a NP203 at that point. Seems like this is going to cost me a lot of money to make right. I'm contemplating just getting the shaft lengthened and point that pinion up to get away from binding. Maybe I'll end up having bad vibrations though?

At speed I'm sure you would get some pretty bad vibes. Even if that does work you'll need to lengthen the shaft right? So you're looking at another 100 bucks or so to do a CV with the slip yoke?

another option is to find a superduty front shaft, they use a 1350 CV.

Oops I meant np205. That price is only for lengthening the stock 1350 driveshaft I have in there now. I'm sure I'd have vibes but I don't think I'd be going over 65. I've never had vibrations so I'm not sure how bad it could be. Could it make the driveshaft fly off?
