Mine is pretty much a to the trail and trail rig.
Tow strap
snatch block

one front, one rear and an axle U joint

oil, gear oil, brake fluid, PS fluid, jug of water
wheel wrench and spare tire

This time of year I typically have some sort of shovel in the back along with a dufflebag with a couple things to read, some extra clothes, jar of peanut butter and a box of saltines.

spare carb (used it once)

used spark plugs-had a motor with bad rings, fouled the plugs so bad it wouldnt run quite often. I would clean them off with brake parts cleaner and a wire brush and carry them incase I needed them.
 
In the white truck for just quick desert runs where a recovery is more than possible I have this in there,

extra strap thingy

3 quarts oil
3 quarts tranny
13 lb halon fire extinguisher
5 lb abc fire extinguisher

I got my chain saw running! Turns out it just needed to be adjusted, just needs a little more fine tuning and it's good.
