i have a habbit of keepin the windows down and top off when muddin, retarded i know but i cant get enough of the fresh air. i feel trapped with the windows closed.

Windows? Do you mean Microsoft Windows?

I dont wheel with top doors or tailgate on the rig but here in cali you can get away with that. In the Snow I rig up tarp and blast the heater.

I have done it all from rocky trails to dirt flexy trials . I have had my windows up with the a/c on , or them down with the desert breezing through . My back window has been cracked since I bought the truck . I have also wheeled with the doors off and trail doors on .

I prefer down if I can , the doors and tailgate will hold the broken glass until you get home and vacuum out the door :D

I dont realy fit in the poll but heres wut i do...most of the time when i see a big puddle.... (i dont like how my truck looks clean:D ) i forget to roll up the windows. but if im plannin on it i roll up the side windows but leave the vent and back window open.

Does the mud on my arm, face and hat give you a clue?:D :D

If I am going to hit a particularly sloppy hole, I will pull my arm in.:D :doah: :D

window down, arm and head out, i hate cleaning the inside of my truck so i try not to spin the tires in mud

Everything's down or off, unless it's cold. I have no carpets or anything on the inside of my truck, unless you count the layers of mud! Does that count? :D

Then: Years ago, I blew the back window out coming out of a revene. The corner of the bumper came down on a rock as the truck twisted up the other side.

I was trying to show off a little. That impressed people. I drive with a little more care with the right foot. I traveled that same trail 100's of times since with no repeats and windows up.

Now: Nice day - windows down. Too hot --> pool side truck parked. Fixing the AC is the next project. Planning on converting it to the new stuff.

Where is the "winders up with the A/C on?":p:

On some stuff you've just got to roll down your winders and watch where the heck you are driving....

i went out and had my window down.. I hit the goo and turned the wheel.. it was like a title wave... it came in the truck.. hit me in the face, arm and into my lap... my 6 year old started laughing.... :haha:

going for the kill

when i go rock mud or trail, i like the windows down, in the event one of the window openings wanting to shift and it wont brake the glass...! if it were up!
