x2, I just hose my out. No windows, half doors all the way, unless I put on the full doors for some protection from the winter cold.

Well, I was in the windows up AC cranked category. Then, I go to leave today and my compressor (POS R4) siezedchrisb420 said:the only window on my truck is the windshield, so i will say windows down/top off
. If it is still under warranty (I haven't checked the receipts I got from the PO yet) I will replace it with another R4. Otherwise, it's getting converted to a Sanden 7H15.

My serpenting belt slipped off the idler pulley located below the compressor. There was still enough tension to run all the other accessories, but when I would kick the AC on it would squeal like mad (which I naturally figured was caused by a siezed R4). I discovered the problem, put the belt back on right, and now I'm back in business.mostwanted said:I usally put it in "hibernation" mode
