red is the profile, green is stuff going on behind the side and frame tie in's. im keeping the back seat but im going to mount a corbeau bench seat back there backwards. ignore the blue, thats coming later, im just trying to protect the occupants nows. more triangulation in the back?

yeah, i started making it on autocad then was thinking im much more proficient in paint

do you have cross bars from top to bottom going side to side?
Looks good, I'm no expert on this subject, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express the other night.

nice

I like it. How about at the rear top at center, the tubes from center going to the sides look a little short to me. I would do center to further down or to bottom of the side tubes going to your frame. Something like this that I have been working on.

thats pretty sharp man... more pics up front?
im trying to keep the back unobstructed for alot of storage, i found some big flat ammo boxes i want to make sit snug in my cage, im tired of crap flying around everywhere

I have a couple suggestions. One, I think you should tie the two pieces of the A pillar together and you should tie the rear most two tubes together. I like the inverted v too. Kinda like this (changes in blue).

If you think the v in the B pillar will inhibit your passengers too much, at least throw gussets in the upper corners.

Finally, I think you should bow out the B pillar like this:

IMO, what you have justifies tying everything to the frame. I don't like the idea of attaching a strong cage to weak ass sheetmetal.

If you do this, you will have to box the at least the front of the frame or else you will have frame cracking problems near the firewall.

im planning on bringing the cage through the firewall after i finish this portion, would boxing the frame still be neccessary? included the frame tie ins on this one, im thinking add another pair under the seats. thanks for your input guys!

Looking at the very last pic - how are your passengers going to get into the rear compartment? And for that matter, how are they going to get out in case of an emergency?
