all i can say is a lack of money, and a lack of time, and i dont really care how fast my truck goes, honestly it goes fast anough, suprizeingly, and with my sm465 i dont find a problem when i start out in granny /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif, i broke my diff on saturday, acctually thrusday night, but we wont get into that. all i can say is big tires+10 bolt + horsepower \ heavy foot= broken 10 bolt

well, if its going to cost you to regear the 12 bolt why not just keep that one the same as it is and redo the front, plus then if you ever go to larger than stock tires it wont be such a dog.

the gears in the 12 isnt all the much more then what i have in the front, and if i was gunna do that id redo both as 3.73, which would cost me my bank account, and i dont want to do that. plus the 12 is not under the truck and all i have to do is drop it off, and i dont plan on it at all to put larger then 33" tires on the truck, 33"s on stock stance looks pretty bad ass anyway.
