How should I attach this?

  • Rubber belting material around the inside so cab and bed can move independently no uni body?

  • Leave it until boatside and cage cover bed to cab on the outside with sheet metal so its uni body ?

  • Brace it together now with some x-bracing to make the cab and bed rigid and uni body ?

Here are a couple pics of my cut through conversion. What I am wondering is your opinions on how to attach bed to cab? I put my two best ideas up on the poll but am also interested in your ideas.
