so what is wrong? The guide or do I have a wrong axle under my Truck? I found this front axle under my Truck.

GM CORPORATE 10-BOLT
The GM 10-bolt is named for the number of bolts on the cover; ring gear diameter is 7 1/2 inches. Variations of this can be found in the rear of GM S-trucks and some Isuzus, and in the front of S-trucks.

You should have this axle from the factory...

GM CORPORATE 10-BOLT
This 10-bolt, with a larger 8 1/2-inch ring gear diameter, replaced the Dana 44 that was used in the front of some pre-1977 GMs. It can also be found in the back of 1983-91 1/2-tons and in the front of 1983-87 1/2-tons.

If you are going on the fact of the fill plug is/ is not there, that might be inaccurate. My front 10 bolt had a fill plug on the cover.

The axle guide does not have a pic of the front 10 bolt cover it only addresses the 10 bolt rears. I think this is why there is confusion. All 10 bolts in K5 and full size trucks are the 8.5" ring gear be it front or rear.

However, could you clearly identify which axle I have, when I post a picture from it? Cause I really must make sure before I order the gears...sorry beeing dumb...

Sure post a pic and we will tell you. I am 99.999999999% sure you have a 8.5" 10 bolt.

Ignore the cover, just look at the center casting section. The two pics posted from the guide clearly show it...the 7.5" has two little "fangs" on the lower lip. (first pic) All the 8.5's, front or rear, have the larger triangular shaped pieces that somewhat square off the lower edge of the casting. (second pic)
