What headers are you running in your rig?

I've got Hedman Shorties on the 2wd Burb. About three bolts are damn near impossible to get to, had to grind the bolt head down a little to fit one in. I think if I'd done that bolt first, it would have been alot better.

I havent had any issues with leaking, but I have burned a few wires. Could have been prevented if I'd taken the time to secure them a little better, but the ones that burnt were right at the boot. Another thing is that they were advetised as direct replacements for stock manifolds. They arent. Passenger side is fine, but drivers side is swept back not straight down like the stock setup is.

Overall I'm happy with them. And they were only a few bucks more than manifolds..........

My rear manifold bolts came loose all the time. I went to $130 Flowtech Afterburners and haven't had loose header bolts since break-in. Call it crazy to run headers this cheap, but they've been great and have better low end than equal-length tubes. Must be 6 years now? I just touch up the paint with dupli-color header paint every couple of years. They don't look great, but work good.

The only problem I had was when I moved the transfer case up. It was dropped like 1.25" when the exhaust system was put in. Once I got good driveshafts I moved it back up to the frame and the collectors were a pain to get sealed.
