sly...i foget who makes the seats.. we ordered them long time ago and have been under blankets ever since..lol the belts are rci 4 point.

Best way to learn is have a pro show you how it should be done, then practice. If you're building a second buggy give me a shout before you guys start the welding. I'm the foreman at a fab shop and have 20 years of welding (MS, alloys, Aluminum, most of my welding the last 10 years has been NDT) and fab experience. At the very least i can get you guys headed the right direction...

I agree with Rene. Get some help. Learning how to weld is cool on chit like roof racks (yes, I weld and I suck, but I am learning). On stuff that might save my life (Cages come to mind) I would never, never do it without a pro.

I agree. And I am no master welder, not even remotely close.

But I have chatted with Rene through a series of PM's, and he was only too helpful!

The guy gave me as many answers (if not more), as I gave him questions.

Dean is local to me, so I wouldn't need pm's. I could check out all the cool stuff, and help with the welding in person...
