What hubs are these?

I haven't been able to find more info online- can someone tell me what model/type hubs these are? Obviously they're Warn, but I haven't had luck at identifying why the Premiums I got won't fit. I want to install some Warn Premiums that supposedly should fit, but unless I can do away with the hub body they came with, I'm not sure how that's going to happen!

They are warn premiums for a mid 70's Dana 44 with external hubs. If you have a 10 bolt or 1/2 ton Dana 44 in a Chevy, you need internal hubs.

yep mid 70's and older . dana 44 stuff.

need to remove the bolts in the back to get the rest of the hub off.

and warn reg to prem is not much better in my opinion . and on these for sure.

Take a trip to the junkyard and find an internal hub truck, the hub will be held on by tiny allen bolts. Get the hub and spindle if its the larger bearing size. and get a set of spicer lockouts, and you will have the strongest axle gm used other than the dana 60. Warn hubs are junk IMO, pot metal. The spicers are all hardened steel

Thanks for the tip! Anyone have a photo/link to what I'd want to be looking for? I did some searching and I'm familiar with how a lot of the hubs look, just wondering if this would be something more specific. Sorry for all the newbie questions. I have a lot to learn!

Spicer hubs are few and far between. No one is making them any more so it is hard to even find them on eBay anymore.

What do you guys do when the plastic spicer deals in the center crack? both mine were cracked and I jb welded them for now.. I dont know what to do for replacements. I just never unlock them.

epoxy worked for me, it lasted longer than the new ones from the dealer which were 20 each. that was 5 yaers ago

D44/10 bolt Spicer internal hubs, for reference.

Mine aren't for sale...:D

I'll just modify mine to work then.. Simple enough I guess, I only need the knob.

Honestly I'd look into having them copied out of billet aluminum...Not a terribly difficult part for a shop with a CNC machine. Betcha Rob here could whip a few out easily enough.
