What is the most comfortable off road seat on the market?? PRP, corbeau, mastercraft, beard??
I have only sat in the mastercraft and they feel pretty good but are kind of spendy.
I am loking for a seat that I can get the most comfort for the money /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
Thanks

my understanding is that you have to actually sit in each kind to determine if they are comfortable for you... different people are different sizes/will want different things...
so maybe post your height/weight to give some idea? /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

for me, corbeau baja SS. for you? no idea. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I was really looking at the baja ss's, they look pretty comfy and they are a good price.
BTW I am 6ft and I weight 160lbs /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Actually I was looking at the baja ultra ss's, they are 4" taller and 1" wider, plus the head rest looks more comfortable.
The baja ulra ss's are $220.00
The baja ss's are $169.00

i'm 6'1"ft but i got a good 40 lbs on you and the baja SS's in my buddies rig are great for me unless you are just looking for a bigger seat the SS's should work well for you. /forums/images/graemlins/waytogo.gif and you can save a little change /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

PRP hands down for me.

Im 6'3" and 165 lbs. They fit me really good. I have a Kirkey seat in my buggy and its not too great. Didnt care about comfort in it though.

How is the headrest on those?, it looks more leaned back than the ultra's.

I am a big fan of a La-Z-boy recliner when webwheeling

can't say for sure but looking at the spec's on the seats i think the only difference is the ultra is a little bigger so the headrest is wider. not 100% but i think the have the same rake to them.

yeah, I am 6' and even when I got up to 210 lbs, the regular baja SS seat felt great. If you're shorter and/or bigger in the heiny, then yeah, the baja ss ultra would prolly be your best bet. Either way, great seats at a (compared to some very similar aftermarket seats) great price. Everyone and their brother sells these seats online... spend 20 mins searching and you can sometimes find them right at $150.

how much did you pay for your vinyl ones?? in the corbeau catalog it says $159.00 ands the cloth/vinyl is $169.00

yeah, i got them from an on-line jeep accessory place on sale for $155 ea and free shipping. Not bad at all and I totally love these seats. Im seriously considering buying another one and making a base for it so it can be my video-game-playing / PC-using chair.

i absolutely love my beard ultras.
I am looking to add a staggered third seat but I probably will buy an RCI plastic lowback and cover for that duty.

What about seats that recline?

id like these but they cost to much

I personally wouldnt want a reclining seat, they seam like if you rolled hard enough the seat would break easier.
