Got an email back from my buddy. He hasn't had a chance to go check it out due to work...he works for the Forest Service in Cali, I guess there's some fires in his 'district'. Anyways, he said he thinks it's a "ghetto fix for the wipers". He'll confirm when he gets time.
I hope that's not what it is, I hate dealing with **** like that. I've got more important things to do... like installing my Ballistic Fab cross over and DIY shackle flips and Alcan springs and Michelins and tranny coolers and new carpets and GPS and the list goes on. Stupid windshield wipers....who needs them damn things anyways.
