i was given this by my work. the base is 1/2" thick and the other two pieces are 1/4"

Hard to tell from the nice RED X's
based on the pic's I would have to say it's adamantium, just like wolverine's bladesi was given this by my work. the base is 1/2" thick and the other two pieces are 1/4"

not sure its so heavy so i dont think its aluminum.
What were these piece used for originally? This might help us determine what material as well.
That is some funny chit right there. Only because I think it is the LAW that if you have kids you HAVE to have the little colored plastic mag letters on the fridge.

they were for a car lift. we lift vehicles and put another one under it to fit more
For that application Zinc coated steel.
