what kind of screws hold down the top

what kind of screws hold down the top of an '89 k5, they look like the star kind but they have sumthin in the middle that doesnt let you use a star bit. i looked at lowes and advanced auto parts and they had never seen them before. this is driving me crazy

They are tamper proof torx bits. My local advance had a set of like 8 bits with teh drive attachment in a little red rubber holder for them...$8 i believe it was.
