I'm running 4'' tc hds and ord shackles up front with 4'' home made shackle flip and 2'' blocks out back to even it up. love the tc springs and will be buying the tc ez-rides for the other truck. had rancho 2.5'' before, not so hot.

Whatever you do, don't install the springs, then decide later to put in greasable poly bushings. It is much easier to do it all at once when you do the swap. I also tend to think that no matter what brand you end up with, using good greasable bushings is going to make a difference as well.

I agree, that is why my lift is on hold. I got the full greasable suspension bushing system from ORD. My bushings are on backorder cause I had to have them all the same color:D . I could have compromised and substituted a few red ones but that would no look good when I am cruzin the malls down here in SOCAL.

I can't recommend Superstiff. I have their 4" springs up front, and it's pretty rough. I would imagine a 6" would be like riding on square wheels.

John

i run the 6" up front and the 5 1/2 in the back Superlift suspension and it is very comfortable ride.

i have tuff country ez rides with an ord flip getting 6' of lift, if i could do it again id go with deavers.

I dont under stand the posts dising Rough Country lifts about having a bad ride. I have seen them off and on here for many years .:dunno:.
I have a 4" spring front/rear RC lift with Nitro shocks and I like the ride. It is good both on and off road and flexes good for its high spring rate.(920 on a RTI) and I have never had a complaint by any of my riders. When I wanted to get a new lift I called Tuff country and talked to them. They did not even recomend I get their EZ ride because I tow and pack a lot of weight from time to time. Said I would wear it out because of the low spring rate. They recomended the heavy duty suspention. So I thought WTF if I have to have a high spring rate I went with RC and saved $200 + buying a RC lift. $614 for complete 4" spring lift kit inc: steering arm, brake lines, shocks, delivered (free shipping)

stock 52's up front with zero rate, GM 56's in back with DIY4x shackle flip and zero rate. its great.

Custom leafs front for about 10" lift & custom coils 3-link rear for about 14-16" lift (currently too high) need to cut the coils down yet.

I'm running RC 4" front, ORD flip in the rear. The rear is sagging a bit, but nothing too bad. I'm very happy with the setup, and through careful shopping, kept it under $400.
