What part number for tbi adaptor plate for stock intake?

I just picked up a used crate motor with stock carb intake on it. I may upgrade to an edelbrock performer intake but most importantly...
I want to upgrade to TBI (gm not holley). I also DONT want to have to machine or dremel the right angle so a tbi intake can bolt on. I heard there is a tbi adaptor plate that is sold.

Does anyone have a link to a part number around? I'd really appreciate this.

The stock 454 TBI mounts to a standard Q-Jet spread bore intake using an aluminum adapter. General quality appears to be better than what most of the after market provides. The "ports" are sort of blended together rather than just being an aluminum plate with some holes. You can sometimes find them on EBay.
