What will my rpms be with 35" tires and 3:08 gears with my th700r4 on my 86' K5 at about 70 mph in 3rd gear? And what about in 4th gear?

You need to figure on what "35" Tires" you are actualy using in this equation as well. Most 35" tires I have has actually measure closer to 33"'s. My 35" boggers are more than 2"'s taller than my buddies different branded "35's". This will make a huge difference in your calculations.

I got 35" BFG Muds, brand new. Pics are in my sig.

35" BFG's usually measure about 34.5". These are the same tires i run and that's what i've measured when new.

Damn, only 1100 rpms in 4th @65mph:eek1: Time to start driving in third with these ****ty 3.08's!!

Yeah use 3rd. That is too low RPM for your 700. To keep your 700r4 happy and alive you should be doing around 1900 RPM at highway speeds. Any less RPM and you dont get enough lubrication and cooling. This is espically true with the older 700s. Big tires + 3.08s will kill a 700 in overdrive (4th gear).
