What size are my heads??

I don't know where to look so I wonder if anyone here knows what cc rating my stock 1989 350 TBI heads are. Are they 68cc, 72cc, 76cc?

I need 76cc or at least 72cc combustion chambers to keep the compression level down so if the heads are not that size, is there enough meat there to port them a little to get the extra cc's?
