Never seen one of those before. But I would call it a hook tool thingy :D
 
Looks like it would rotate something, conduit?

What really ticks me off, is that I know what that is but I can't place it. I have seen one before in use.
Does the hook move when you move the handle?

No offense intended J, but I'm not in the least bit amazed that you've seen one of what ever it is before. :rolleyes: I hope to have as many stories and to have seen as many things as you when I'm your age.

It's for adjusting toe on tie rod ends. The hook fits into the slit in the adjuster sleeve between an inner and outer tie rod end. It works well so you don't have to use channel locks.
