What to do with my 3/4 ton 84 pick up

It's not a 4x4 so don't get too exited. I basically use it to haul my beater Blazer around. I would like to make it look a little nicer though, right now the paint is some combination of faded dark and light brown and I want to paint it and maybe put some 33's on it just to make it look a little nicer. I can't seem to find any lift kits so I might throw a bodylift on it. It's ugly but it runs really nice and I only paid $800 for it so I don't mind spending maybe another $800 on fixing it up. I am planning on painting it myself.
Any suggestions? What would you do?

You could go for a cheap Maco paint job and a small BL to fit the 33's

this is what i would do:

make a list of all the things you don't like about the truck. things you want to change.

go do the list.

just stuff on some 33s and trim. the front won't flex much so you won't have to take a lot of metal.

paint it all one colour. i'm in a silver mood so do that. some seat covers and a cd player wouldn't hurt either.
