What truck is this? PICS!!!!

dam would love to find one of thoughs in my area
Well, here it is. Only about 2,000 miles away........
Heck, year before last, I went with a guy to pick up a 28 foot travel trailer in Connecticut. Almost as far.

MAN, did those pics turn out like Cr*p!! Trust me, the truck looks a heck of a lot better than that.
I seriously over-compressed those pics.
I shot them with an 8meg camera, so if anyone needs to see more detail, let me know.

Also, if anyone here does happen to buy it, let me know. Like I say, I have no stake in it, but it would be cool to know that someone here was using it.

does it have a compressor and generator?

awesome truck...:waytogo:

I would doubt it for that price. But anything could be in that body. I didn't open it.
I don't see anything in the engine pics.
There is a control cable loose in the engine pics. No idea what it controlled.

Heck if you or anyone is remotely interested, give them a call.
If you find out anything, post it here.

M1031 I think?

D60 front, 14FF rear, 4.56's, Detroit in the rear, and the front COULD have a Dana limited slip but probably open.
Should be a 6.2L diesel, TH400...and I think a NP205 with PTO to run stuff in the box.

That would be my guess, most utility bodies were m1031 and the 205 gives it away.
The M1028 would have had a 208
Now if it was on the left coast I would probably hagling with the guy to get it for $3k or $3500

FWIW, the tag on the door, when you look at it in the original resolution, reads M1031.

Yeah, it is a M1031. I posed that before you put those pics up. Some M1028's were converted to a standard similar to the M1031 but not sure what their designations were afterward.
