Had a conflict with my order to Corbeau when I got my seats/bracket. They sent the same driver bracket as the passenger. They are the impression that the passenger seat bracket that "tumbles" isn't very common. Anyone know what years the K5 had the "passenger tumbler"?

Thanks

Driver and passenger changed at the same time I believe, and from what I've seen theorized here it was a 1985 running change. I have a 1985 that has the "old" passenger seat, yet others have the "tumblers" the same year.

IIRC, the service manual shows 1986-later as ONLY the tumbler.

So they are probably right, if 1973-1984/5 was one style, and 1985/6 was tumbler, that is ~6 years for the tumbler, so fewer years.

Interesting... Mine is a 1979 and has the "tumbler" style passenger seat/bracket/floor.
