hello,
First off let me explain the situation. I've got a 1988 silverado ext cab lng bed w/ straight axle conversion 350tbi/700r4 and soon a np205 w/ front flange and rear slip. I want strength and reliability so I choose 1979 dana60 and corp14. I plan on running 5.13 gears and ARB front and detroit rear lockers. so here's the question. what yolks do I need for this setup, and will it matter if i install them before the gears and lockers? I've posed the question to high angle drive line, but I'd also like your opinions. I've been thinking 1350 yolks, but I don't know enough to be able to choose apropriately. and yes I do know the first slams would be for keeping the rear slip, but I have a rear two piece shaft set up, so it isn't really a hinderance for me.
thanks in advance
