Whats an NOS Dana 60 SRW front worth?

lol I Dana 60 on our local boards is worth about $150 now seeing as how the last 3 that were listed for $550 went to the scrap yard.

But just like Sams Club or BJs if you buy in bulk you get a better deal.

I saw some on gov liquidaters a month ago in MN go for $5,000 they had 8 all nice and prety with orange pain on ends of the open one.

A good friend of mine has probably bought and sold 20 D60 fronts (Ford, Dodge, and Chevy versions) in the last couple of years and $500 is the absolute max he's paid for any of them. He does it to make a profit so it's not worth him paying more than that when you factor in the time to go get them and deal with the sale.

How does he do it? Reads Craig's List and the classifieds several times a day, visits every junkyard around weekly, and keeps his eyes peeled along side the road (he lives in a rural area and his job involves driving in very rural areas also quite a bit).

ok,just to make more people jeaolus,I bought a complete set d60/14bff in very good shape for 500$ the seller had advertised them as "4x4 chevy axles" and had no other buyers inline,so I was lucky no one else wanted them.
